INSOMNIA GASHAPON MACHINE

The first idea is the "insomnia gashapon machine". In the research, I shared two methods I tried, one of which is lavender essential oil. I divided the lavender essential oil into samples and attached an instruction card as the contents of the gashapon ball. Share the method through the fun of the random content feature of the gashapon machine. The main purpose is that during the treatment process, the random content of the gashapon machine can make people feel full of anticipation every day. At the same time, the content of the gashapon ball can also be changed at will, such as bath balls, sprays, etc.

“TIPS FOR HEALTHY SLEEP” LUCKY WHEEL

The second idea is the lucky wheel. I share some easy-to-implement methods with illustrations and words. The original idea was just simple information boards. But with multiple methods shown on the board, people might skip or not be impressed with the content. Therefore, the method of the lucky wheel is adopted to let people stay and participate in it, easy to leave an impression on the random selection method. Every sleep habit shared on the information board is one of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I),  given in Sleep hygiene.

NIGHT TEA CANDY

The third idea is to pack the tea bag into candy. The tea I chose is night tea that helps sleep, suitable for drinking at night. Mixed with 20 natural Medicinal Herbs and mulberry leaves. Designing it into a candy shape can increase attractiveness. Compared with the universal tea bag design, interesting and unique outer packaging can make people persistently motivated.
