WEEK 7 : Survey Questions Results

After the survey was done, I shared the link with about 20 or so college students.

From the data collected, more than half of the people experienced insomnia.

For feeling of insomnia, it seems to feel both physical and mental fatigue. The state of the next day is affected, and learning and work efficiency is reduced. This leads to a continuous increase in stress and worsening insomnia.

The causes of insomnia also vary. The most common external factor is the sleep environment, while the learning stress and emotional factors are comparable in psychological factors. It can be seen that nowadays, college students have a certain degree of study pressure, which affects sleep.

According to the data, college students have also taken action to improve insomnia, with average diet, ambient temperature and yoga being the top choices.
